PRECISION STRIKES BY INDIGENOUS UCAVs IN EXERCISE SEAWOLF
The SEAWOLF-I/2025 exercise witnessed historic moments. Two Bayraktar TB3 UCAVs, launched from Türkiye’s first UCAV carrier TCG Anadolu, flawlessly destroyed their targets in the Eastern Mediterranean phase of the drill. Meanwhile, a Bayraktar AKINCI UCAV that took off from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) hit its targets with pinpoint accuracy using three different types of munitions.
EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN
10 OCTOBER 2025
On Distinguished Observer Day of SEAWOLF-I/2025 —one of the Turkish Naval Forces’ largest planned exercises— breathtaking scenes unfolded. From TCG Anadolu, the symbol of Türkiye’s power in the Blue Homeland, two Bayraktar TB3 UCAVs took off in succession, marking a historic mission.
TOOK OFF, STRUCK, LANDED…
The first aerial vehicle to depart from TCG Anadolu’s deck, the Bayraktar TB3 PT-1R, successfully destroyed its targets with a dual salvo strike using two ROKETSAN-made MAM-L smart munitions. Following the successful strike, the UCAV returned to TCG Anadolu for a successful landing.
PINPOINT STRIKE WITH MAM-T
The second UCAV, Bayraktar TB3 PT-4, again launched from the carrier’s deck, employed a ROKETSAN-produced MAM-T munition —with higher destructive power— to destroy its target. Following the successful strike, the indigenous UCAV proceeded to Dalaman.
A STRATEGIC MESSAGE FROM AKINCI
Simultaneously, a Bayraktar AKINCI UCAV took off from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and flew to the exercise area. Carrying under its wings an ASELSAN-made TOLUN, a ROKETSAN-produced TEBER-82 Guidance Kit, and Baykar’s own KEMANKEŞ-1 Mini Intelligent Cruise Missile, the AKINCI successfully struck three separate targets. Upon completing its mission, the indigenous UCAV flew from the Eastern Mediterranean back to the AKINCI Flight Training and Test Center in Çorlu, Tekirdağ.

The Bayraktar TB2T-AI, Türkiye’s next-generation platform featuring advanced artificial intelligence and turbocharged propulsion, has climbed to 37,096 feet to break its own altitude record. With its superior performance, the indigenous UCAV once again pushed the boundaries in the sky.

Turkey’s landmark combat drone Akını drone on Wednesday underwent a successful flight test with upgraded engines that make it the most advanced platform in its class.

Apart from being a smart long-range munition, the Kemankes also features capabilities such as reconnaissance, surveillance, and intelligence
